I recently earned the opportunity to join an exclusive group of trainers to be among the first to train wolves, coyotes, foxes and bison at Wolf Park, a Wolf Sanctuary in Indiana. We are a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization and rely solely on volunteers and donations from the community. Quincy Animal Shelter (QAS) is a volunteer-run, no-kill shelter that places cats and dogs into loving and permanent homes. I compete in the sport of Nosework with my dog, Sammy. I attend many seminars and workshops throughout the year to earn Continuing Education Credits. In addition, I am a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator from the American Kennel Club, a member of the APDT, Association of Pet Dog Trainers, The International Association of Animal Behavioral Consultants and the National Association of Canine Scent Work. Quincy Animal Rescue needs volunteers and fosters. I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer by the Certification Council of Pet Dog Trainers. I am also the Co Training Director and board member of the New England Dog Training Club in Cambridge, MA. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.Currently, I run my classes and Puppy Day Training at J.B.'s Indoor Dog Park in Norwell and Hingham Recreation Center.
